Pricing for Half Day/ Half Banquet Space Rentals are available please call for more information about rates.
*Prices are subject to change depending on the time of year (seasonal), event space needed, rental hours, number of attendees, availability of banquet hall space, and type of event.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
All damages are the responsibility of the renter/client.
The security deposit is fully refundable unless the renter/client leaves damages AND/OR does not properly clean the premises/facility. It is solely up to Legacy Banquet Hall staff to determine if a full, partial, or no refund will be issued to the renter/client after an inspection is done after the event.
Booking
We book on a first-come, first-serve basis.
To book your event you must contact Legacy Banquet Hall and set up an appointment to sign the Banquet Hall Rental Agreement and pay a non-refundable booking deposit that is applied towards your banquet hall rental price.
Your event is not secured until this step is complete.
The remaining event total (balance) and security deposit are due 6 weeks before the event. If the event balance is not paid by 5 pm, 6 weeks before the event, the event will be considered canceled and no refunds will be issued.
